Purchasing staff

Job description

Take responsibility for and ensure the correct and sufficient supply of raw materials / equipment / other goods as required by the company's departments / divisions at the most reasonable prices.

Provide advice on new products/new suppliers to best meet the company's needs.
Responsible for planning export - import - inventory or backup to ensure stable supply of goods - consistent quality - most reasonable purchasing price.
Provide reporting data/reports as requested.
Implement sales contracts with each assigned scope and responsibilities, monitor contract implementation and NCC's service delivery progress, and resolve arising problems if any.
Responsible for transferring goods between branches of the company, monitoring goods until the branch receives enough and of the desired type.
Provide support to other departments if requested (reconcile debt with foreign suppliers, contact to purchase/borrow samples...)
Some other work if assigned by direct supervisor

Job requirements:

- Age: over 25

Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the food industry
Professional communication skills, negotiation skills
Management and work arrangement skills
Other skills: teamwork, planning skills...
