Job description:

Within the framework of the Institute of Product Research & Development, your mission: propose and develop innovative industrial concepts specializing in noodles, pho, and spices.

Coordinate closely with other departments (Marketing, Production...), you are in charge of:

Come up with creative product concepts
Carrying out research projects and experiments (developing outlines, research plans, product formulas, testing, analysis, valuation...)
Ensure and maintain newly implemented product concepts (transfer of formulas, operating procedures to production, continuous improvement plans...)

Prospects: this position will enable you to develop specialist technical and project management skills.

Desired profile:

Graduated from a regular university majoring in Food and Biotechnology, do you have good sensory evaluation skills? Are you knowledgeable about food hygiene and safety laws, regulations, and quality management systems?

Do you have a creative spirit and impeccable planning and organization abilities?

Do you know how to predict situations, have the ability to solve problems well?

Are you an expert in implementing R&D projects?

Are your reading, writing and English communication skills good? Do you master office and scientific document search tools?
