GT Channel Sales Supervisor

Description of work

- Ensure achievement of sales, distribution, retail points and display targets for each sales team in the area

- Carry out distribution & business plans according to each sales team of the Company

- Implement the company's business policies; Ensure strict compliance with these policies by Sales Staff and agents

- Guide and supervise sales staff to ensure the correct and effective use of the Company's sales tools

- Set distribution and sales targets for each team and Sales Staff

- Manage sales of each sales team/brand/sales channel; market monitoring; Analyze business data to contribute ideas to the Company's development direction

- Search for business and distribution opportunities in the area of responsibility

- Manage agents in the area to ensure they comply with instructions for using Vietbird software for reporting, as well as the Company's payment and goods storage requirements

- Support the Company in recruiting and training Sales Staff in the area

- Prepare & implement market visit plans; Report sales and arising issues to the Regional Sales Director

- Perform other assigned tasks

Experience/Skills details

- At least 02 years of practical experience in a similar position in a fast-moving consumer goods, food and beverage distribution company

- Graduated from College or higher, major in Economics/Commerce

- Proficiency in office computer

- Male preferred, able to go on business trips to the province
