JOB DESCRIPTION:

Title: Category Brand Manager (Brand Management)

Work location: Hanoi

Develop and implement communication strategies and management plans for the category/brand/product in charge

  • Develop communication strategies and long-term brand development plans (3 - 5 years).
  • Build marketing strategy to develop brand & annual/quarterly sales through understanding the industry, market trends, and needs of customer segments
  • Build brand KPIs and team KPIs.
  • Develop the brand's annual budget plan.

 


Develop and supervise the implementation of brand communication and marketing plans.

  • Build the brand's image value chain and unified communication across all channels and communication tools.
  • Provide direction, content, and images to build and implement the brand's annual communication, marketing, and promotion plans.
  • Supervise the development and implementation of revenue promotion and brand promotion programs with media service partners. Develop brand communication, marketing and promotion plans to boost revenue in each region. market based on the company's strategic orientation and short, medium and long-term goals.

Work collaboratively with the Product Innovation team to develop new product plans.

 

  • Coordinate with P.I team to perform segmentation (Product, Customer driver of choice) to see growth opportunities
  • Proactively conduct a brand audit, evaluate assumptions based on data analysis to find growth opportunities
  • Build a preliminary product concept based on the assumptions that the long-term strategy has guided
  • Coordinate with P.I Team to ensure new products are consistent with brand positioning

 


Building working processes & providing professional training

  • Monitor, evaluate, motivate and provide professional guidance, impart experience, and propose appropriate training programs for each employee in charge of completing work plans and KPIs.
  • Build a positive team work culture.


REQUEST:

  • Graduated from University or higher majoring in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Media Advertising...
  • Male/female, 25 - 35 years old
    Have at least 03 years of experience in a similar position in the field of marketing, especially in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. New product development experience is an advantage.
  • Passionate about work.
  • Have business planning skills and experience in implementation as well as project management.
  • Have analytical and creative skills.
  • Able to work independently, in a high pressure environment.
  • Good communication in English, ability to read and understand documents.
  • Good health, able to go on business trips out of town.
